The collection is entitled Under Garment, after the exquisite pieces of lingerie produced during

the Victorian times and worn privately underneath the garments,

away from the public eye. "Privacy is vanishing from our lives,"explains designer Ira Iceberg.

"I remember an interview of an influencer

who said she gained her followers by posting a video of her giving birth on social media."

By contrast, this collection is subtle. Uncovered in the London fashion archives,

delicate lace camisoles, hand-embroidered petticoats,

and corsetry are brought onto the surface of the garments as blurry imprints of vanishing beauty,

fleeting yet suggesting a sense of timelessness.

Interfacing fashion and art, the collection corresponds with Francesca Woodman's self-photographs.

In her ahead-of-time black-and-white works,

Woodman worked with vintage clothes as her objects

and used long exposure and movement to capture her body vanishing.

Her beautiful yet unsettling images, as does Under Garment,

contrast the public loudness that dominates our lives today.
