Return & Exchange for Overseas


If for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Clients must follow the official 24AUG.JP RETURN POLICY as stated here below:

Return Policy

  • The item has to be as it was purchased, such as unused, packaged and with a warranty.
  • The provided notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • When the items are returned to us without any notice, we might not be able to accept the request.

*We make sure that shipment is done with great care. However, if you receive damaged items, we will exchange it immediately.

How to apply for an exchange

  1. Please send us an email with all the necessary matters as follows.Your name, mailing address, phone number, name of item, size, reason for an exchange.
  2. Once we reply to your email, please send us the item.
  3. We will check the retuned item and send you a replacement.

How to apply for an exchange upon your request such as change of color and size

You are responsible for the shipping cost and exchange fee of returned item when the item itself is not
damaged, and you would like to exchange it upon your request. If the package and item is damaged, we may charge you separately for that.

About exchange cost

The following payments can only be made via PayPal.Please note that credit cards are not accepted.Thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipping cost
  • Shipping cost for return
  • Various fees in case of payment after receipt of item
  • Paypal & Cradit card charge occurred by exchange
  • Excange&Return

In case of credit-card payment

We cancel out the total amount of credit-card payment.
(Sometimes we cannot make the cancelation due to the different cut-off dates of our company and your credit card company. If that’s the case, after charging your account, your credit company will pay you back the same amount as they charged.)

Unacceptable case of refund and exchange

  • An item that seems to be already used (drop, break, blot)
    *Please try on with great care.
  • Returned items without any notification
  • More than 7 days passed after the arrival of items
  • Sale items including auction and group purchase
  • Damaged package, no warranty, no instruction manual
  • Made-to-order items
  • Other items which are applied to unacceptable items for return on the posted page

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to ship wine overseas. We regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled and apologize for any inconvenience.
