About the Brand

CHIAHUNG SU

A brand by Taiwan-born designer Chia-Hung Su. After obtaining his Master's degree (MA Fashion Design Technology) from the London College of Fashion, he established his eponymous label in 2020.

Rooted in the beauty found in imperfection and transience—concepts akin to the Japanese aesthetic values of "wabi-sabi" and "mono no aware"—the brand creates unisex garments based on tailoring, utilizing traditional Taiwanese hand-woven fabrics, botanical-dyed natural materials, and vintage textiles.

Guided by the philosophy of "Cultural Historical Sustainability," the brand continues to create works that bridge tradition with modernity, and culture with craftsmanship. Every piece carries a profound story, reflecting the time and meticulous effort invested in its material, dyeing, and construction.
